Prices that are settled before you call
“Price on request” helps nobody. Here are the price bands, the travel arrangement and three worked examples. You receive a binding quote as soon as we know what equipment you have.

Terms
What else applies
Travel
Within a radius of 15 km of Östringen free of charge. Beyond that, per kilometre, one way.
Minimum order value
A minimum value applies per service so that a dedicated visit is viable. If several services are commissioned together, it applies only once.
Payment
Invoice after the appointment, payable within 14 days. Under the small business scheme (Section 19 of the German VAT Act) we do not charge VAT: the amount shown is the final amount.
Electronic invoicing
On request as a structured electronic invoice in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD format, ready to import into your accounting. If you prefer a PDF, you get a PDF.
A fixed price for your equipment
Tell us the types of device and the quantity, and you get a price that does not change later.
