Fault diagnosis, repair following manufacturer specifications, replacement of wearing parts. Afterwards it is tested, because after every repair a test is mandatory.

What we do
A device fails, and the manufacturer workshop quotes four weeks and a price close to that of a new one. For some of these cases there is a simpler route.
- Fault diagnosis by measurement, not by guesswork. You get the findings before anything is repaired.
- Repair following manufacturer specifications, in so far as the documentation is available or can be obtained
- Replacement of wearing and standard parts: filters, seals, fans, fuses, supply leads, foot switches, power supplies
- Safety test after the repair. That is not a bonus but a requirement: after every repair a repeat test is due before the device may be used on a person again.
We restore function. We do not alter any safety-relevant design features and no intended purpose, because either would make us the manufacturer under Article 16 of the Medical Device Regulation, with all the obligations that entails.
Who it is for
Beauty studios with IPL, RF, ultrasound and cryo devices. Practices with active medical devices. Commercial businesses with machines and devices for which there is no obvious point of contact.
The advantage over using two providers
Whoever tests sees the defect first. When testing and repair are in one pair of hands, the second appointment, the second journey and the discussion about who is responsible all fall away. And the test report after the repair goes straight into the file.

On-site labour
Final prices, no VAT charged under the German small business scheme. Billed per hour.

- No VAT is charged (small business scheme under Section 19 of the German VAT Act). The amount shown is the final amount.

- For plannable work we quote a fixed price in advance.
- Travel within a 15 km radius is free of charge, beyond that 0.90 € per kilometre.
FAQ
Questions about this service
Is a repair worthwhile or does a new device make more sense?
We tell you that after the diagnosis, before you decide. You receive the findings and a cost estimate. If a repair makes no economic sense, we say so even when that costs us the job.
Do I lose my warranty through an independent repair?
The statutory warranty remains unaffected. A voluntarily granted manufacturer guarantee, on the other hand, may be tied to an authorised workshop. We check that before the repair against your guarantee terms and tell you what applies in your specific case.
Are you allowed to work on medical devices?
Yes. Under Section 7 in conjunction with Section 5 of the German Medical Devices Operator Ordinance, maintaining medical devices requires expertise from training and practical work, suitable premises and equipment, and independence from instructions in technical matters. We meet these conditions and take the manufacturer specifications into account.
Do you also repair on site?
Wherever possible, yes. Diagnosis and the replacement of wearing and standard parts usually take place directly in the studio or the practice. Only if a device has to be dismantled or we are waiting for a spare part do we take it with us.
What about devices whose manufacturer no longer exists?
As long as spare parts can be obtained and the original intended purpose remains unchanged, a repair is possible. If manufacturer specifications are missing entirely, we tell you openly where the limit of a repair we can take responsibility for lies.
