1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

No data protection officer has been appointed; the statutory conditions requiring one are not met.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on servers in Germany. When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data which is stored in server log files:

• the address requested and the date and time of access
• the volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
• browser type and version, operating system used
• the page visited previously, if your browser transmits it
• IP address

The purpose is technical operation, delivery of the content, and the prevention and investigation of attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure and trouble-free operation. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are required to investigate a specific incident. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

3. Getting in touch

3.1 Contact form

If you use the form on the contact page, we process the details you provide: company, contact person, email address and, where given, telephone number, the service you are interested in, the number of devices and your message. The time of submission is also recorded in order to detect automated submissions.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in so far as the enquiry is directed at concluding or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Transmission is encrypted via TLS exclusively. Processing takes place on our own server; no third-party form service is involved.

We delete your details as soon as the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way, which for enquiries without a resulting order is normally after six months. If the enquiry leads to an order, the commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively apply.

3.2 Telephone and email

If you contact us by telephone or email, we process the details arising from that contact for the same purpose and on the same legal basis as for the form.

3.3 WhatsApp

On mobile devices, the action bar at the bottom of the screen contains a WhatsApp button. This is an ordinary link: as long as you do not click it, no connection to WhatsApp or Meta is established, and this website loads no content and no scripts from there.

If you click the button, WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web opens. From that point on, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your data, in particular your telephone number, the content of your message and usage data, as an independent controller under its own terms. Transfer to countries outside the European Union cannot be ruled out in this context (see section 7). We have no influence over this processing.

We process messages received via WhatsApp for the same purpose and on the same legal basis as enquiries by telephone or email. If you wish to avoid this, please use the contact form, the telephone or email; those routes reach us just as well.

4. Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to servers operated by Google or any other provider, and no data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable techniques that would require access to information on your device. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and for the same reason there is no consent banner.

No audience measurement, no tracking and no profiling takes place. No analytics service is integrated.

6. Embedded third-party content

There is no embedded third-party content: no map services, no videos, no review widgets, no tracking pixels and no scripts from external providers.

Two references lead to third-party services: the map service on the contact page and in the footer, and the WhatsApp button in the action bar on mobile devices. Both are ordinary links, not embedded elements: a connection to the provider concerned is established only when you click them. Processing after the click is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.

7. Recipients of the data

Your data is not passed on to third parties, except to our hosting provider under the data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. That provider processes exclusively within the European Union.

The links named in section 6 are the exception. If you click one of them, the provider concerned processes your data on its own responsibility, and transfer to countries outside the European Union, in particular to the USA, cannot be ruled out. As long as you do not use these links, no transfer to a third country takes place.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to us:

• access to the data processed, under Art. 15 GDPR
• rectification of inaccurate data, under Art. 16 GDPR
• erasure, under Art. 17 GDPR
• restriction of processing, under Art. 18 GDPR
• data portability, under Art. 20 GDPR
• objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, under Art. 21 GDPR
• withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our registered office is:

10. Obligation to provide data

Providing your data is neither required by law nor by contract. Without the details marked as required in the form, however, we cannot process your enquiry.

11. Changes

We adapt this policy as soon as the technology used or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies in each case.
