What we do

We maintain what is already there. The most common case: something turns up during a test, and instead of calling in a second contractor we put it right in the same appointment.

• Sockets and switches replaced when they are damaged, worn out or scorched
• Luminaires repaired or replaced, control gear and lamps renewed
• Motion and presence detectors replaced and readjusted
• Loose terminals and damaged sections of cable within the existing installation properly repaired
• Fault finding when a fuse trips and nobody knows why

Who it is for

For businesses that want one fixed point of contact for the small things. Practices and studios where nobody has time between two treatments to obtain three quotes. And for anyone whose list of things that really ought to be done is growing longer than it should.

Where our limit lies

We are entered in the register of skilled crafts, but not in the installer register of the network operators. For maintenance of existing installations that makes no difference. As soon as the customer installation is built, extended or altered, however, and for all work at the meter panel, a registered installation company is responsible.

We keep to that line rather than stretching it. If a job does not fall within our scope, we say so at the appointment and not afterwards on the invoice.
