Why this focus

The large testing providers are optimised for volume. A beauty studio with twelve devices does not fit that pattern: the journey costs more than the job brings in, and the devices are unusual enough to create work. So the studio either gets no service at all or is fobbed off with a flat rate that helps nobody.

That is exactly where we come in. IPL platforms, lasers, RF and ultrasound devices, cryolipolysis, plus the medical technology in practices: devices where the classification as work equipment or medical device determines the test procedure, and where the permitted leakage currents are far stricter than for a kettle.

The same problem appears from the other side: conventional electrical firms are reluctant to test and do not know the devices found in a studio. The gap lies in between, and whoever does both fills it. That is why it does not stop at testing. Whatever turns up gets repaired, and whatever recurs can be settled in a contract with fixed intervals.

How we work

Appointments fall outside your treatment hours. Measurements are taken with calibrated instruments, and the values appear in the report exactly as the device produced them. If something is not in order, we say so, even when that is inconvenient.

We are equally clear about what we may not and cannot do. Building new customer installations, any work at the meter panel, and registration and commissioning with the network operator all require an entry in the installer register, which we do not hold. For wall boxes and photovoltaics we therefore work with a registered partner company.

Manufacturer-tied work on IPL and laser devices, such as replacing flash lamps or calibrating the radiation output, requires authorisation from the manufacturer. We organise it but do not carry it out ourselves. The same applies to metrological checks under Section 14 of the German Medical Devices Operator Ordinance. In each case you get a clear pointer from us rather than a service we could not deliver properly.

Legal basis

On 26 September 2024 the Karlsruhe Chamber of Skilled Crafts granted an exemption under Section 8 of the German Trade and Crafts Code for the electrical engineering trade. On this basis the business is entered in the register of skilled crafts and is entitled to practise the trade independently.
